Kongo’s Democratic Republic (DRC) and Rwanda have signed a peace agreement at Washington DC to end the war in neighboring countries.
At a meeting at the White House in the United States on Friday, foreign ministers from two African countries signed a contract by the US and Qatar.
This year, the hope of the end of the M23 rebels has increased the hope of ending the battle in advance. The struggle has been killed by thousands of people since January and displaced hundreds of thousands of thousands.
“We believe that an important issue with Kongo’s Democratic Republic has been reached,” Ravanda Foreign Minister Oliver Nuhungire said on the signature.
Kangoli Foreign Minister Therace Kaikwamba Wagner added that there must be a return of dissection, justice and displaced families after the peace agreement.
“This is an important moment after the war after the war,” said US state secretary Marco Rubio, who organized two foreign ministers in the state department in Washington.
