New York prosecutors are scheduled to keep their case with week-long-federal sex-trafficking and racketeering testing Rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs.

The 55-year-old music mogul is accused of using his power as a leader in a business empire to facilitate sex trafficking with women and hiding his crimes.

Mr. Combs admitted to the domestic violence – but begged not guilty of prosecution cases, that some relying on the laws once targeted by the mob tumbled and lowered him.

Defense has not been able to case with this – Mr. Combs’ lawyers said to take a few days.

Meanwhile, prosecutors were called over 30 Witnesses, including Mr. Combs Casandra, who were former hotel guards, anyone who talked to Mr. Combs’.

Legal experts say that their testimony has helped prosecutors who give a compulsive case of a panel of 12 jurors – but a conviction of all counts remained far from all trusted.

Here are some important aspects of the case – and the potential vulnerability of prosecution arguments.

Cassie and ‘Jane’ helped build a sex-trafficking case

An important witness for prosecutors is Ms Ventura, a musician and model known as Cassie. He testified for the days about his abusive, on-and-off 11-year relationship with Mr Combs.

Eight months pregnant and often told tears, Ms. Ventura prefers Mr. Combs pressing the so-called freak-offs, where she can get sex with male escorts while she looks at and published.

The prosecutors of allegutors use drugs, violence and maneuvering to compel many women in unwanted sexual encounters with male escorts.

The testimony of Ms Ventura – delivered when he was weekly breeding – critical in case of prosecutado that Mr Combs has committed sex trafficking, a maximum life penalty.

Some of the strongest evidence was a surveillance video of Mr Combs Beating Ms Ventura in the hallway of a hotel during a freak-off, and the testimony of a hotel security guard who said Mr Combs offered him money to get rid of the tape. Prosecutors also show pictures of many MS Ventura Damages, which are reported from rapper abuse.

Ms Ventura is not the only leading girlfriend who testifies. Also lawyers call “Jane”, who confirms under a pseudonym and shared similar stories about how he is, also forced by the freak-off, or what he called “Hotel Nights”.

How much it is like inside the Diddy test court

But also shows jury-loving text messages Ms Ventura and “Jane” sent to Mr Combs, including some where women expressed interest in sex acts.

The public became more aware of the domestic violence and the fact that women feel compelled to remain in abusive relationships, as Jennifer Biedel, a former New York administrator.

But a mix of loving messages and allegations of pressure is sometimes difficult for a jury together, Ms Biedel suggests.

Mr. Cordbs case is probably not a clean as the jury wants it “, he said.

More complications their case, prosecutors lost the third said victim they expected to testify, afterwards they could not contact him.

Neama Rahmani, an admensutor of the federal, said the loss of an alleged victim could harm the case, because a prosecution benefited from many testimonies.

“The jurors may not believe a victim, but it is very difficult for them to do not believe in many,” he explained.

Lawyers seek to prove ‘Criminal Enterprise’

Mr. Combs is facing an equal serious racketeering fee, which prosecutors expressing loyal employees to run his sexual abuse and keep his conduct.

The racketeer is influenced and evil organizations (Rico) law originally created to go to mob cases, including sex-trafficking tests, including sex-trafficking trials with the singer Kelly, convicted.

During the test, prosecutors have chosen testimonies from Mr Combs employees about setting freak-off and cleansing, as well as bringing medications during meetings.

Government also accuses Mr. Combs using his criminal business to perform the arson. Rapper Kid Cudi confirms Mr. Combs burning his porsche because the singer was angry about him who was dating Ms Ventura.

It may be easier for prosecutors to prove sex trafficking elements than racketeering due to many technical features of other people and entities, says Ms Biedel.

“It is difficult to simplify complex language legal concepts with people from all different backgrounds understanding,” added to the first administrator.

But when jurors ended Mr. Combs is a “bad person”, they may not be able to release it for a particular element of a complex legal charge, a criminal lawyer Mitchell Epner, said.

“In my experience, jury tends to heal a story and then align the facts to suit that story,” Mr Epner said.

Next, the defense – and Mr. Combs stand?

These are now lawyers to Mr Combs to replace the podium.

They face a dilemma: if allowing their own client. This week, his lawyers say that they call no witnesses, which means that mogul music does not testify.

If he is, the whole case can come to his words, say legal experts.

Such a condition can be dangerous for the rapper, because he has to try many allegations of violence, some incidents marked, Mr. Rahmani said.

The high profiles of criminal tests trials usually do not get the stand, to avoid opening themselves in the examination.

During cross-tests of government witnesses, Mr Combs’s lawyers scored some victories, as lawyers.

Time to Jane’s proof, for example, they tried to paint the witness as a person who sometimes appeared to act with his relationship with Mr Combs, Mr Epbers.

Finally, Ms Biedel said Mr Combs’s lawyers may not try to destroy many individual witnesses that are affirmed to be bad – after all the bad work.

However, lawyers will try and chip in the case for a wider racketeering and sex trafficking conspiracy, Ms Biedel suggested.

“Prosecution puts a real compelling sets of facts that are difficult for defense to meet,” he said. “So I think the defense is round when facts meet the legal elements.”
