A court of appeals to US rules that President Donald Trump can be controlled by the National Guard’s troops he has set in Los Angeles and California Governor Gavin Newsom.
Trump deployed the troops in response to widespread protests against his immigration cracking. Local officials call it unnecessary provocation.
A three-judge panel on Thursday said he was in his rights to order the service troops to “protect federal personnel … (and) property”. Trump called it a “big win”.
The decision stopped a rule from a judge of the lower court judge found illegally Trump was illegally when the troops were moved.
Earlier rule, Judge Charles Bryer said Trump “did not” follow the law specified by the National Guard of the National Guard in the State.
“His actions are illegal … he must return the control of the National Guard in California to the Governor of the State of California,” he wrote to his decision.
However the judge remained until 13 June to give the Trump administration time to appeal against it, it was done immediately after.

The 38-page rule, however, says that judges disagree with the president of the merits of the legal challenge against his use of the National Guard. It is said that his decision to use the troops is not “fully insulated from judicial review”.
The Newsom responded to the decision, saying the court “correctly rejected by Trump’s claim that he could do whatever he wanted to be at the National Guard and did not need himself in a court.

The court’s decision allowed continuous deployment of about 4,000 troops in Los Angeles. The Trump Administration said they protected immigration and federal property agents of attacks.
It is said to have taken the National Guard in California to block the order and protect immigration agents and customs (Ice) attack agents in the Los Angeles to prevent people from being in the country.
Trump also ordered 700 marines to the city, despite the objections of the Newsom.
The National Guard was late with a president without a consent of a governor during civil rights of Era over 50 years ago.
