The new Motherwell Manager Jens Berthel Ask is promising attractive football what the club looks like to lead to “next level”.
42-year-old, which was a recent assistant at FC Copenhagen, replaced Michael Wimmer Who left the park for the first time after only 12 games.
He also managed clubs in Sweden, Faroe Islands and his gender Danish.
Askou, who played for Norwich City between 2009. and 2011. years, was appointed last week and now officially took over the Scottish Premiership club.
“(I want to play) some attractive football that will look that people will get out of their seats,” he said Ski Sports News.
“They also work on training grounds that will develop players and staff and team and club at the next level, which will benefit in all in and around Mother.
“I think the criteria for success we primarily get people on board in our ideas, to understand the fans, to see what we are trying to do, understand the vision.
“Obviously, we will get some results in the way they will bring us in the right direction, but most of all we develop well.
“Our new approach to training and how we work with people, as we work with football, with training ideas and how we approach the game you should develop us.
“We should see that development in training, we should see it in games and it must be effective over time.”
Askeu played with the new main coach of Russell Martin on Norvich and he expects the former Scottish international influence to Ibrok.
“He was just a fantastic guy, a really good professional, very, very passionate and determined,” he added.
“He’s so far as extremely good for himself in his career and played some very modern, uncompromising football that will surely push rangers to the next level.”
Speaking after an affirmative meeting, Motherwell Chair Kirk Macmillan said, “This was a stricter process of hiring our new manager due to the incredible number of apps for the role.
“We had a high number of impressive candidates, but we were indented in Jens. His records of young players in which the matches in Mothellwell have brought 26 teenage debuts in five and above, which I think 26 teen debuts were delivered to five and a half.
“Data and numbers impressed us, but more importantly, after talking to Jens, he is a really ambitious character and a leader who was extremely eager to get a role here in our club.”
