Sanderlend has stacked the rope club-recorder of about 33 million euros (£ 27.8m), plus 5 million euros (£ 4.2 million) for Jobe Bellingham to join Borussia Dortmund.
The agreement also includes a sales clause of 15 percent and will be the highest portable college of Sanderlend ever received.
Excluding add-ons, Bellingham will become the second-most expensive signing history Borussia Dortmund.
Bellingham, whose senior brother Jude was playing for the Bundesliga Club for three seasons, helped Sunderland Safe promotion at the Premier League via the primary playoff final after eight years away from the upper flight.
