The US Donald Trump president revealed the names of five cryptocurrencies he said he wanted to include in a new strategic reserve to make the US “Crypto Capital in the World”.
The market price of five coins he named – Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Solana and Cardana – all go to the announcement.
During the Trump’s presidency campaign, he aggress the Crypto community. The previous US president Joe Biden, has a crypto crackdown caution because of concerns about cheating and making money.
Not clear how new stockpile works. Additional information is expected Friday, if Trump plans to host the first crypto summit in the White House.
In a social media post on Sunday, Trump said he signed an order “commanded resident resident leading to XRP, Sol, and Ada”.
About an hour ago he added another post: “And, clearly, BTC and eth, as other valuable cryptocurrencies, are at the center of the reserve.”
The first three coins he named near 62% on Sunday.
Bitcoin and Ethereum also jump over 10% each.
The posts mark a new upward passing for Crypto prices, which have fallen in spikes after his election.
Shortly after taking office in January, Trump signed an executive to create a President’s employment group that the laws and regulations of Crypto were encouraged.
