The day began with the same Cordial Rutine at White House reserves for visiting foreign dignitaries.
Ukrainian president Volymyr Zelensky is welcomed by US President Donald Trump at West Wing’s door with noble guards.
We are at the Oval Office as part of the Ukrainian media pool, witnessing good formalities and a half hours of polite talk.

Mock retorts: “Did you say ‘thanks’ once this whole meeting? No.”
Ukrainian’s ambassador in the US looked at his head in his hands.
The atmosphere has changed completely – and all out.

While reporters came out of the Oval Office, many were standing in a state of shock. In the Room of White House Briefing, where the exchange is replayed shortly, the remainder of the media not yet in the room is looking at disbelief.
The confusion is ongoing. There are immediate questions if the planned news conference will continue – or if the expected agreement between the US and Ukraine in mineral resources can still be signed.
Over the minutes, Trump wrote the society that Zelensky could “come back when he is ready for peace”.
The news ceremony and sign -s in agreement – is set to happen in the east side house room – officially canceled.
Shortly after Zelensky went out and the waiting SUV, as his ambassador moved his back.
They left as the world began to digest an extraordinary moment.
