Baccalaureate Nation star Kaitlyn Bristowe alarmed fans after sharing a candid insight into her headspace.
Bristowe, 40, did Instagram on Sunday, February 8, to share a series of haunting images of a broken candle on the floor, herself wearing a medical gown and her face drenched in tears. He captioned the carousel, which disabled comments, with an equally cryptic but emotional message.
“Humor helps, and I think I’ve been handling a lot of things gracefully, but… I have to be honest. I feel so depressed, challenged, stuck and hard on myself. I just had the most epic meltdown,” she wrote. “I’m not looking for sympathy, just sharing. I’ll get over it.”

Bristowe is no stranger to sharing cryptic hints about her personal life.
