Ukraine’s Energy Minister Denis Shmyhal said on Saturday that Kiev had requested urgent help from Poland after what the state grid operator called a “massive attack” by Russia on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure. Among the targets hit in the attack were two power plants in western Ukraine.
