influencer Beth Nicely he is showing it postpartum figure.
Beth, 41, showed off her postpartum figure just six months later giving birth to her second child with her husband Adam very well. In the first photo of her carousel, Beth showed off her baby bump while wearing a sports bra and black leggings. She went without makeup and wore her hair in a ponytail. In both pictures, she did the same pose with her arm on her side.
As fans moved on to the next photo, Beth showed off her figure now. She wore a tan sports bra and matching leggings that sculpt her toned abs. Just like in the first photo, Beth went natural and wore her hair in a bun.
“Slide to today! 4 days before I gave birth until 6 months postpartum,” Beth captioned the post. “The female body is truly magical✨.”
Fans were quick to congratulate her in the comments section.
“Ok this is blowing my mind,” wrote one, while another said: “Absolutely amazing ❤️🔥.” A third commented: “Wow!!! Awesome!!!”
Beth announced the birth of her son, Jacob, in August 2025. At the time, she shared a photo of herself cradling him in a hospital bed. “Welcome to the world, Jacob Garner Way to go!” she wrote, revealing that she was born at 1:29 a.m. and weighed 9 pounds.
She went on to explain the meaning of his name, writing: “Jacob: son Adam is named after in his family. Garner: middle name of my grandfather, father and brother. We love you so much Jacob♥️.” (Beth and Adam are also parents to daughter Ella, 2, who was born in August 2023.)
Before welcoming Jacob, Beth compared her seven-month-old belly to how she looked at the same stage while pregnant with Ella. She was wearing a red bikini with thick straps and a round neck. She paired the top with low-waisted trousers, styling both looks with a straw hat and black shades.
“This is me 7 months pregnant with Ella (left) and 7 months pregnant with a boy (right),” she wrote alongside the photos. “The female body is WILD. And pregnancy is different for everyone, even in the same body! It’s a big boy! 😂🤰🏻.”
Beth previously celebrated Ella’s first birthday in August 2024. She shared a sweet post to mark the day. “This is the month my daughter turns ONE. This is the month I’ve been a mom for ONE year,” she said.
“The woman I was before Ella was amazing and the woman I am now is the strongest version of myself,” added Beth.
Beth also reflected on her postpartum body after giving birth to Ella, sharing in November 2023 that her “rectus abdominis” had “healed.”
“All pregnant women have what’s called ‘Diastasis recti.’ It’s the natural separation of your rectus abdominis as your belly expands during pregnancy,” Beth explained. “What is serious is when there is a significant separation. The normal separation is less than 2 fingers apart, anything larger than that will require physical therapy and sometimes surgery to fix.”
