Emilie and Brady Kiser pose together for the first time since Trigg’s death


Emilie Kiser shared a sweet moment with her husband Brady and their son Teddy following the untimely death of their son Trigg.

Kiser, 27, took to Instagram on Monday, February 2 to share recent moments in her life from a movie camera. In one photo, Emilie hugged Brady, 28, as she posed next to her 11-month-old son Teddy, who was in a stroller. Brady wrapped his arm around Emilie as they headed for the cameras.

She kept it casual in a brown jacket and baggy blue jeans, while Brady wore a baseball cap and blue jacket.

“I hope you don’t mind if I spill it 💛,” Emilie captioned the post. “Movie made by me, Brie and Madi🎞️”. Fans shared their reactions to seeing Brady pose with his wife in the comments section.

“The photo with you, Brady and Teddy is beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time. ❤️‍🩹. I hope you and your family can get through all the hardships together. 🥺🤍,” wrote one. A second added: “Oh Em 🥲 seeing you and Brady makes me so happy 🥹.” A third commented: “You can literally feel how meaningful + important these relationships are just through the photos, so beautiful to see ❤️.” This is the first time Emilie and Brady have posed together since their son Trigg tragically drowned at the age of 3.

In May, the Chandler, Arizona Police Department confirmed this Us Weekly that 3 year old boy Trigg died after he was pulled unconscious from the family pool. Two months later, authorities filed a recommendation for criminal charges against Brady after an investigation found he was at home when Trigg fell into the pool. The Maricopa County District Attorney’s Office later shared in a statement that there was “no likelihood of a conviction.”

Emilie has been open about the loss of Trigg via social media. In August, she broke her silence via Instagram.

“I’ve spent days, weeks, months trying to find them and I’m also taking the time I need to digest the loss of my baby,” she wrote. “I take full responsibility as Trigg’s mother, and I know I should have done more to protect him. One of the hardest lessons I take with me is that a permanent pool fence could have saved his life, and it’s something I will never take for granted again. I hope that in the midst of this pain, Trigg’s story will help prevent other children and families from suffering the same loss.”
