Madelyn Cline is weighing in on the speculation that he is dating a longtime friend Lukas Gage.
The rumor started when DeuxMoi posted a photo of Cline, 28, and Gage, 30, via Instagram on Monday, February 2, writing about the picture: “From friends to flames: Lukas Gage and Madelyn Cline make romance real.” In the caption, DeuxMoi wrote: “🚨NEW COUPLE ALERT!”
Cline took to the comments section to shut down the idea, writing: “Omfg.” In a separate comment, she added: “Loml but I also feel there are better pics of me.”
Cline and Gage have been friends for years, celebrating each other’s successes along the way. In October 2025, Cline gave a shout-out to Gage for publishing his memoir, I wrote it for attention. Alongside the post, Cline shared a series of photos from a party for Gage.
“@lukasgage I love you forever. Go get your copy of #iwrotethisforattention it’s a really amazing book, I’m so proud of you,” she captioned it. Instagram publish at the moment.
Gage added in the comments section, “I LOVE U MADELINE KAHN.”
Cline has bonded with her Foreign Banks to cost Chase Stokes i Saturday night live‘s Pete Davidson. More recently, he was seen getting close to her Prince Constantine-Alexios from Greece and Denmark.
In September 2025, DeuxMoi shared a photo of Cline and Prince, 27, sharing a drink as he put his arm around her neck. Constantí-Alexios, who is the godson of Prince Williamshe was also seen with Cline days earlier in New York City.
Gage, meanwhile, filed for divorce from a famous hairdresser Chris Appleton in 2023 after tie the knot six months beforeciting irreconcilable differences as the reason for the separation. Gage and Appleton reached a divorce settlement in 2024.
As for his next romance, the People we meet on vacation exclusively explained the actor Us Weekly this plans to be more private.
“I don’t think everything should be on display for the world,” Gage shared in September 2025. “I think some things should be kept to yourself and be a little more personal. And yes, I just think there are some things (that) should be sacred and it’s okay that it wasn’t, I was in people’s faces a lot in my last relationship, maybe a little more to keep it.”
Gage reiterated we that she certainly plans to “keep it more low-key in her second marriage,” but noted that she has no regrets about putting a spotlight on her private life, especially in her memoir, where she details some of her darkest moments.
“You have to (laugh),” he explained we. “I think that’s a coping mechanism. And also, like, some crazy shit happens, but it’s not that crazy either, it’s universal. Like, people can connect with some of these dark things that have happened to me. And I think, you know, I made it light.”
He continued, “I’m always humble about everything in my life, but really… there was trial and error with the medications I was on and I was misdiagnosed. What comes with that sometimes is hypermania and manic. And yes, it was a very impulsive and crazy time. But suddenly when I put things into perspective and I was clear, I had the right dose, I had the right sense, I had the right dose. of the decisions that I took, and they weren’t great, but like I said before, I don’t regret it, because maybe I wouldn’t have understood.”
