The Secret Lives of Mormon Women star Jesse Ngatikaura (née Draper) is still recovering her plastic surgery procedures.
“I’m done with the surgery, for sure,” Jessi, 33, exclusively said Us Weekly at Clarins’ Sugar & Shine Galentine’s Affair in Los Angeles on Thursday, January 29, highlighting the brand’s iconic Lip Perfector. “I’m fine, but I’m still in the healing process, too.”
She continued, “I’ll just let things settle and I’ll be fine.”
Jesse revealed earlier this month who underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty, as well as fat grafting to the face.
“I feel like I have to preface every video I post lately with the fact that I’m still extremely bloated,” Jessi said in a TikTok video shared on January 15. “I’m three weeks post facial surgery and this is not my end result and I don’t want anyone to think that this is what I want to look like so I just have to say it.”
According to the reality TV star, she underwent the procedures to remove excess skin from her face.

“My upper eyelid, I was just having a little crease,” he said at the time. “I feel like the skin pinch I did, I loved it, but it was a little more subtle than I wanted.”
As Jessi recovered from her surgeries, she faced an internal “identity crisis” because her swollen face didn’t look normal.
“I’m three weeks post facial surgery and this is not my end result and I don’t want anyone to think that this is what I want to look like so I just have to say this,” she added. “I knew what to expect, but it’s still kind of an identity crisis when you look in the mirror and you don’t look like yourself.”
According to Jessi, it was equally important to share her procedures and self-confidence struggles.
“(Trying to be confident) has been hard, but it’s been good for me to say, ‘You know what? I feel good about sharing this and being transparent,'” she said. we on Thursday “A lot of people in the industry do, they just don’t share the healing process.” People don’t know what it’s like. I’m doing it and getting hate, but I think it’s important to be transparent. I’m working on confidence, I’m also in therapy, so hopefully that will help as well.”
Jessi also attributes her growing confidence to beauty.
“My mom wears wigs, and so do I, so I grew up with hair and makeup and costumes and all that fun stuff. I’ve always been interested in it,” she said. we at the Clarins Valentine’s event, which highlighted the brand’s lip perfector. “Since I’ve been doing hair, learning new techniques is always inspiring, (as are) new makeup techniques… I think if you can keep it fresh, it’s going to be exciting to get ready.”
Jessi has chronicled her highs and lows on Hulu’s The Secret Lives of Mormon Womenwhat is is currently filming its fourth season.
“People always say, ‘You guys are always filming,’ and it’s true. I will say we’re (on) the reality show that never stops because our lives are so crazy,” he said. we “Without fail, there’s always something happening on MomTok, so that’s why you get these seasons so quickly.”
