Kyle Richards is addressing speculation that she and her ex Maurice Umansky They are reuniting after recent speculation that there could be a reconciliation.
Appearing at Thursday, January 29, chapter of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 57, opened up about her relationship status.
“There were rumors over the holidays that you and Mau were hooking up and there were rumors that you’re getting back together. What’s your response?” Cohen57-year-old Richards asked.
Richards replied: “Honestly, it was… somebody just made that story up.”
In this week’s episode of RHOBA, Dorit Kemsley, The 49-year-old wondered if Richards hadn’t yet officially filed for divorce from Umansky because she hoped the former couple could reunite in the future.
During his appearance in WWHLCohen asked Richards if she was “closer to filing for divorce” from her husband, 55, since that episode was filmed.
“We’ve had conversations that we haven’t had during this season since then,” Richards shared. “We haven’t filed yet, but we’ve had conversations since then about what it’s going to look like and all that.”
Us Weekly confirmed in July 2023 that the couple had separated after 27 years of marriage.
“Kyle and Mauricio have been separated for a while, but they’re currently still living together,” a source said we at the time, he noted that the estranged spouses were “amicable as they figure out their next steps.”

After the pair were spotted on several occasions between Christmas and New Year, an insider cleared it up we where that of Richards and Umansky the relationship is currently maintained.
“They are not getting back together or rekindling their romance,” the source said we Earlier this month, she added that “there’s still so much love between them.”
The source added that Richards and Umansky are “in a really good place right now” more than two years after announcing their split.
Richards and Umansky’s four daughters were the main reason they were seen together over the holidays, the source explained.
“Kyle and Mau have done a good job keeping it normal in front of the girls, especially during the holiday season,” the source shared.
