Rubio has ruled out military action in Venezuela with the exception of US-Venezuelan tensions

The Trump administration has “no intention or expectation” of military action in Venezuela again, Secretary of State and National Security Adviser Marco Rubio told the US Congress, but theoretical threats such as an “Iranian drone factory” could change the government’s thinking.
