Under cover Mediterranean‘s Nathan Gallagher made a startling revelation about her tumultuous relationship with her father.
During the Monday, January 26 episode of the hit Bravo series, Nathan was supportive Victoria San Juanwho got excited about the ex Joe Bradley blatantly showing interest in his co-worker Kizzi Kitchener. Nathan found Victoria alone on the swim platform and then seeing how upset she wasoffered him a hug.
“With friends or family or even my sister, I’m super protective of them,” Nathan explained in a confessional. “I kicked my father out of the house when I was 15 because he had to be a protector of my mother.”
Later, Nathan told Joe how disappointed he was with his friend’s behavior. Despite Joe’s best efforts to mend his friendship with Nathan, the duo ended the letter season in bad terms.
The Below Deck franchise has had its fair share of mayhem over the years, but there were a few moments that stood out the most. “I’ve grown since last season and I can see the distance he’s created,” Nathan shared in a January episode. “Seeing him with the same crap over and over again shows me that he has no regard for anyone but himself. I just think it might be time to move on from this kind of friendship.”
Nathan and Joe worked together in season 10, becoming fast friends before reuniting this season. As Below Deck Med continued to air this season, Joe hinted that he was no longer in contact with Nathan when he exclusively told Us Weekly in November 2025 that he “still” hasn’t gotten together. “But from what I’ve seen on social media, he looked absolutely stunning,” Joe said of the couple’s first child, who is due in June 2025. “Don’t get me wrong, I tried to send Nathan a few messages.”
Joe pointed out that Nathan is likely “busy at the moment”.
“He’s a father and he could be on a boat somewhere – I’m not too sure,” he added. “We’re not really socially inclined (and) we don’t really talk, but from what I’ve seen, what a beautiful baby he is.”

Joe then reflected on working with Nathan again.
“Having Nathan as my boss was nice to watch because you get to see a person grow. But don’t get me wrong, you see a very different side of Nathan this season. If you’re a little more organized, things will work out better,” Joe told Us . “He’s the boss, so I’ll respect his position.”
Joe remembered that he didn’t want to “step on any point of the feet” after joining Bravado.
“I want to be there. I want to be there for a dear friend and respect a professional position no matter who it is,” he continued. “So I was nervous? Not one bit. I just want to be there for somebody. That’s my opinion.”
Elsewhere in Monday’s season finale, Nathan and Gael were seen together with their son as the boso prepared to return to work, the upcoming season of Under cover Med.
