The success of the reality show competition The Traitors has issued a statement urging fans to stop stalking and cyberbullying the current cast following the contestant Add the chestComment on another competitor Colton Underwood.
“We are committed to making our cast feel safe, respected and supported, on screen and off,” in a written statement shared through X said on Saturday, January 24 “The cast of The Traitors they are real people, and what happens in the game should never lead to cyberbullying or harassment. There’s a difference between talking about a program and addressing people.”
The statement continued: “We do not ruin the passion for this program with unwarranted negativity and personal attacks. We appreciate your support.”
The statement comes just a day after Rinna, 62, called Underwood, 33, a “stalker” amid rising tension between the pair on Season 4 of the hit reality TV series.
“Let’s talk about you being a stalker…”. Rinna wrote on Friday, Jan. 23, referring to Underwood’s alleged past harassment of the ex-girlfriend Cassie Randolph.

On Saturday, Rinna took to her Instagram Stories via video to call out the backlash her fellow contestant has received online, clarifying that she is simply playing a part in a TV show.
“Hey guys, okay, so it’s come to my attention that my post that I replied to in my housewife mode is taking on a life of its own and it’s causing real problems for Colton and I don’t want that because me and Colton are great,” the reality TV star said. “He was a big one and he’s a big nemesis for me on the game show. Now, you know, if you ask me to be a housewife I’m going to take it, right? That’s what I was doing, all in the name of the game. But just so you know, I’m totally cool with Colton. I’ve been texting him. Let’s talk. Everything’s cool.”
She continued in a second video that she also posted to her Instagram Stories on Saturday: “The fact that the backlash is happening, I feel horrible because I don’t want to hurt anybody. I’m here to play the game for fun and Colton is a big nemesis to me. We had a lot of fun. I always, always had a great time with him. So please be gentle. We’re all on a TV show. Don’t send death threats or do anything to put the family in danger of someone”.
Rinna went on to say that the couple “had so much fun” filming the show, adding that it was “really hard.”
“Listen, it’s all part of the game, even after,” he added. “So everybody, take a deep breath and know that everything is cool. It’s a game. It’s a game. Try to look at it like a sporting event, you know? Like you’re watching football or wrestling, and be kind to everybody, because everybody’s doing the best they can.”
