Milo Ventimiglia and his wife, Looting Marianoare expecting their second baby together, Us Weekly can confirm
“Happy 1 year baby. When you came into my life I had two different thoughts, one immediately after the other: I would die for you in a heartbeat, but now I also have to live as long as I can to be around to make sure you’re safe,” Mariano, 41, wrote via Instagram on Saturday January 24. “This is the most unique love I have ever experienced, just as unique from a soul as you are.”
She continued, “In a world with so much fear and hate, I know you will bring your radiant light everywhere you go to make it a better and brighter place for those around you. I love you Ke’ala Coral, forever.”
Mariano also posted a sweet photo of her holding her daughter, who was born last year, while swimming in a body of water. Mariano and Ke’ala twinned in bucket hats, with the proud mom also wearing a tan bikini that appeared to show off a growing baby bump.
Mariano and Ventimiglia, 48, have not addressed his alleged arrival further.
Many of Mariano’s followers on social media, meanwhile, offered their congratulations in the comments section.
Vanessa Gringera realtor that Mariano follows, replied, “Happy birthday sweet Ke’ala, big sister! ❤️congratulations 🎉.”

we broke the news in October 2023 that Ventimiglia secretly married Mariano a few months earlier after keeping most of their romance under wraps. The couple announced in September 2024 that they did expecting their first child and Mariano gave birth to Ke’ala in January 2025.

We lost our home we lived in and everything we owned, as well as our home under construction that we were about to move into.”
Mariano emphasized at the time that his family was “together, happy, healthy and safe.”
“(That) is really all that matters,” he said. “We are deeply grateful to all the heroes helping to fight the fires as well as caring for all those affected by the aftermath for years to come… A gentle reminder to all, please allow us this time and space to snuggle with our newborn at such a delicate stage.”
Months later, Ventimiglia gave we an exclusive update on their rebuilding process.
“We’re doing great. My wife is the strongest person I know, and to be able to bounce back from this is huge,” he said. This is us alum he said we in December 2025. “But at the same time, (we’re) still dealing with insurance a year later. We’re still dealing with the remains of the fires, but thank God we’ve been responsible with our funds and finances and we were prepared for something like this to happen.”
