An Indiana woman has been arrested after sitting on a one-year-old boy’s face, claiming she was trying to “sacrifice” the child.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department responded to a home on Sunday afternoon, January 18, after receiving a 911 call about a possible child abuse incident.
Kendra Lee Proctor was arrested and is currently being held without bond in the Marion County Jail, according to reports WXIN. He faces felony charges of sexually abusing a child under 14 and attempted murder. However, his charges could be upgraded after further investigation.
Proctor, 37, admitted to authorities that he intended to “sacrifice” the boy when he sat on his face, according to reports. Fox 59. In addition, Proctor allegedly told authorities that the act was sexually motivated and that he hoped to make a financial profit by baby sitting.

After reading him his Miranda rights, authorities began to question Proctor’s mental stability. He reportedly spoke “incoherently” after admitting to trying to kill the baby and said he believed the female witness to the crime would kill her after the act, according to the Mirror of the USA.
An adult female witness called 911 to report the crime after entering a room to find Proctor naked from the waist down while sitting on the boy’s face. WKRC.
The witness claimed that the incident took place after they watched a movie ‘Godly’ together. He said Proctor started asking strange questions about the film. The witness later decided to check on the boy, which is when she discovered Proctor sitting on the boy’s face. He covered the baby’s mouth with his hand “to sacrifice her” and the witness added that he was “screaming bloody murder”.
After the witness found Proctor, he said he “beat the crap out of her.” The witness added that Proctor allegedly told her that he “thought that’s what you wanted me to do” and that he was “supposed” to sit on the baby.
In addition to the adult witness, there was also a minor at the time of the incident.
Investigators claimed Proctor also molested the minor witness and told him to “open your legs.” He also reportedly threatened to “stick his finger up her ass if (the youth witness) didn’t stop telling her crazy shit.”
The juvenile witness reportedly told the adult witness that Proctor touched her inappropriately, while Proctor admitted to sexually threatening the juvenile witness.
Authorities in Maryland have arrested a 24-year-old mother for the murder of her 5-week-old daughter. Once medical personnel arrived at the scene, they examined the child and confirmed that the child was in stable condition.
If convicted, Proctor could face up to 40 years behind bars and be ordered to pay a $10,000 fine on the felony charges.
Proctor appeared in court on Wednesday, January 21. It is currently unclear whether he had filed a statement or retained legal representation.
