Statewide protest against ICE gathers pace in Minnesota after arrest of 5-year-old boy




The US state of Minnesota is gearing up for a day of statewide protests. Residents are expected to stay home on Jan. 23, closing schools and businesses to “ICE out ICE,” protesting the increased immigration enforcement sweeping the state. Vice President Jay Dee Vance visited Minneapolis on January 22, supporting enforcement and urging local officials to cooperate.
