A global effort is underway to recover the stolen jewels from the Louvre




French police continue to search for jewels stolen from the Louvre, and private investigators are also involved. All eight missing pieces have already been added to the world’s largest database of stolen artworks, which contains around 700,000 works. In London, a team of experts who have been searching for lost works of art for more than 30 years are working to help return them to their rightful owners. Camille Knight reports.
