January is already full of surprises like Meghan Trainor and the husband Daryl Sabara announced the birth of their third baby.
“Our baby girl Mikey Moon Trainor has finally made it into the world thanks to our amazing superwoman surrogate,” Trainor, 32, wrote. via Instagram on Tuesday, January 20. “We are eternally grateful to all the doctors, nurses, teams who have made this dream possible.”
The Grammy winner shared photos of Mikey’s birth and life as a mother of three as she celebrated her daughter’s birth journey. (The baby arrived on Sunday, January 18.)
“We had endless conversations with our doctors on this journey and this was the safest way for us to continue growing our family,” Trainor explained of the surrogacy route. “We are in love with this beautiful girl.”

“Riley and Barry have been so excited that they even got to choose their middle name. Now we’re going to enjoy our family time, I love you all🩷🥹🎀,” Trainor said.
Fans and celebrities alike congratulated Trainor and Sabara on their new addition.

The “Dear Future Husband” singer welcomed her and Sabara’s first child, son Rileyin February 2021. Their second child, Barrywas born two years later in July 2023.

The couple, however, has been in the news in 2026 for another reason: toxic mom group drama.
January 1st, Ashley Tisdale French published an essay entitled “Breaking up with my group of toxic moms” by New York Magazine‘s the cut.
While the actress’ representative denied to TMZ that the 40-year-old French women mentioned in the story were famous friends Hilary Duff, Mandy Moore or Trainor, all of whom welcomed babies in 2021 and have hung out on mom trips and baby music classes, fans weren’t convinced.

The actor insisted: “I don’t really know what’s going on,” but added: “I hope he’s okay, though.”
Trainor, meanwhile, mocked the alleged rift between them her group of mothers via two separate TikTok videos.
“I found out about the apparent drama at the moms group,” Trainor wrote a video from January 8showing her sitting at a desk and typing on a computer while her song “Still Don’t Care” plays. The musician captioned the post with three tea emojis.

In a January 12 TikTok video, Trainor lip-synced an audio clip of strange things season 5 in which a character tries to convince the others that Mr. Whatsit is bad.
“Come on, you have to believe me. Please! You have to believe me. You have to,” Trainor said throughout the clip. He proceeded to caption the video: “I swear I’m innocent” with a praying hands emoji.
While Moore, 41, and Duff, 38, have not publicly commented on the drama directly, a source explained exclusively Us Weekly on January 14 that the mothers “who remain in the group do not wish Ashey any ill will.”
“There wasn’t a big explosive moment, so it was a surprise for them,” added the source, who claimed the women in the group “thought the friendship faded organically” with the Frenchman before reading his story.
Trainor, meanwhile, has focused on preparing for her next arrival Get In Girl Tourwhich starts in June, as well as his family.
While announcing the arrival of daughter Mikey on Tuesday, Trainor shared several photos of their little ones cuddling up together. She also shared a photo holding her baby and crying tears of happiness.
