Members Only: Palm Beach star Taja Abitbol is spilling the tea on Netflix’s latest reality TV hit.
“Jill (Zarin) tried to get into my show behind my back. We don’t even talk about it anymore,” Taja said while speaking exclusively Us Weekly earlier this month. “You know what I could have said? ‘Hey, Taja, you know, I’d love to be on your show.’ I mean, it’s not my show, it’s Johnny (Gould’s) (producer’s) show. But why are you trying to do this behind my back? Why didn’t you talk to me about it? I never would.”
Jill was an original cast member of The Real Housewives of New York City. Although he still owns property in the Big Apple, the former Bravo star now lives primarily near Boca Raton, Florida.
While some fans have wondered if there is Real Housewives of New York City the stars might align Members Only: Palm Beach — Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan i Bethenny Frankel too they have homes in Florida — Taja doesn’t think it’s necessary to trust the OG reality TV housewives.
The Real Housewives of New York City premiered in 2008, but not all housewives have gone the distance. “We don’t need Ramona, Jill,” Taja said we. “They’ve been there, done that. Goodbye. Next. They’re done, they’re done. Nobody wants to see any more. They’ve had their time and they don’t need to be with us. None of them.”
In response to Taja’s comments, Jill, who is a very good friend Members Only: Palm Beach star Hilary Musser he answered we while attending the ARTS Awards in Dallas, where his line of rugs was once again nominated for Best Rug Manufacturer of the Year.
“If Taja is going to try to pull the rug out from under me with lies, it better be a Jill Zarin rug, preferably from the outdoor collection,” he joked. “Taja met Hilary at my house last year, not longtime friends like she said on the show. They were strangers and I put it together. The producer of her show came to my house to ask if I’d even be interested in being on the show. After careful consideration, we thought it wouldn’t be a good fit since I’ve been an established reality star for almost 20 years and they wanted a new face in the cast.”

He added: “There’s no animosity between (Taja and I) so I’m not sure where that’s coming from.”
Season 1 of Members Only: Palm Beach was shot in the exclusive enclaves of Palm Beach County. The cameras followed a group of women navigating the unspoken rules, inherited traditions and high-stakes hierarchies of Palm Beach.
In a recent episode, Taja, founder of Taja Drip IV Therapy, was able to spend time with a close friend and Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice.
While Taja believes Members Only: Palm Beach it is a different vibration from the real housewives franchise, appreciates the support of Teresa and other Bravo stars.
“I know that pains (Catania), I know Margaret (Joseph). I know all of them because I lived in New York and was part of the charity world for a long, long time,” Taja said. “Margaret said, ‘Taja, I want to congratulate you on the show. I think it’s great. You’ve done a great job, and that’s what housewives should be We are too much drama. You have done well. How do you like that?”
