French investigators reveal omissions in Dominique Pelicot’s mass rape case




France’s General Inspectorate of Justice has exposed failings in the investigation against Dominique Pellicott, accusing authorities of failing to act on DNA evidence against him for a decade. Pellicote’s DNA was taken by police after he was first arrested in 2010 in a shopping mall in the suburbs of Paris while filming up women’s skirts.
