Country music singer Karley Scott Collins is setting the record straight about the dating rumors Keith Urban following his divorce from Nicole Kidman.
“This is absolutely RIDICULOUS and fake,” the 26-year-old singer wrote via her Instagram Stories on Sunday, Jan. 18, via a screenshot of an online news article that claimed Urban, 58, had “moved in with GF Karley Scott Collins.”
The article described Collins as Urban’s “rumored girlfriend” amid his “recent divorce” from Kidman, also 58.
Rumors quickly began to swirl that the country music star was dating Collins after her and Kidman’s divorce was finalized earlier this month. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly at the time, the former couple finalized their separation in a Nashville court on Jan. 6 after 19 years of marriage.
According to the filing, neither party will pay alimony or spousal support while Kidman is the primary parent of her and Urban’s two daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 15. (Kidman also shares two adult children, Conor and Bella, with her ex-husband). Tom Cruise.)
Kidman initially filed for divorce months in early September 2025, citing “irreconcilable differences” for the split.
“(They) needed time to figure out if they were really going to divorce,” a source exclusively said we Shortly after, Kidman filed to end the couple’s marriage, adding that the former couple had been “quietly separated for some time”.
“She had faith they could work it out,” the source added. “This was not Nicole’s decision and she is devastated.”

According to several clips on social media, Urban changed the lyrics to his song “The Fighter,” which is about Kidman, while pointing and yelling at Baugh, prompting speculation that there was something romantic between the musicians.
The guitarist, a basic element of Urban High and Alive World Tour, walked away from Urban’s band. Although she never publicly addressed the dating or affair rumours, her father denied the allegations on his Facebook page, writing: “NO. Just no.”
In a 2017 interview with Piper’s PicksBaugh shared why dipping her toe into the musician dating scene wasn’t her cup of tea.
“There’s always been a rule that you can’t date the band members because what if we break up?” he explained at the time, naming no names.
As for Urban, he ultimately decided to drop “The Fighter” from his setlist.
Collins, meanwhile, is a former child actress who started working at age 6. In 2008 he appeared in the film. Amish Grace and played Gretel on ABC’s once upon a time. At the age of 9 he became interested in music.
“When I was 9, I had this audition and they told me I had to learn to play the guitar,” he said. Country Swag in a 2022 interview. “That’s when I picked up my first guitar and fell in love with it and almost never put it down.”
Collins was named as a support act for Urban’s High and Alive World Tour in December 2024. Five months after the tour kicked off in Alabama in 2025, Collins sent Urban a special birthday message via Instagram.
“Happy birthday @keithurban!!!” she captioned a photo of her and the country star cuddling on stage. “I’m so grateful for the time we spent on the road with you and everything the boys and I had the opportunity to learn from you and your team.”
