Rumors began swirling in January 2024 about the pair’s alleged relationship after Bristowe was spotted with her arm around Clark as the pair celebrated New Year’s Eve together at their Nashville home.
After the clip surfaced, it was speculated that Bristowe canceled their engagement with the ex-fiancé Jason Tartick to pursue a relationship with Clark reached a fever pitch. (Bristowe and Tartick split in August 2023 after four years together, while Clark was previously engaged to former Bachelorette Tayshia Adams. The couple split in November 2021.)
Bristol he quickly set the record straight — but she didn’t deny that there was anything romantic between her and Clark. “Here to say that there was not one bit of cheating and I will not stand for that rumor,” he commented. “You’re all nasty here. The headlines continued as Bristowe looked addressed the downfall of their friendship with Adams and while making a NSFW comment. While not naming Adams or Clark, Bristowe explained during an August 2024 appearance on “U, Up?” podcast that reached out to a woman after going on a date with her “Bachelor Nation” ex. The woman responded by saying, “I always knew you were a bad person and you have confirmed it. Your true colors are showing.” Bristowe recalled hanging up and thinking to herself, “Now, I just want to send him a picture of me sucking his dk.”

As they celebrated New Year’s Eve together in December 2023, Bristowe was seen putting her arm around Clark. Amid the speculation, Bristowe shared a cryptic quote that read: “The mood for 2024 is messy authenticity over fake perfection.” He also denied claims he was unfaithful in his previous relationship.
Getting cozy
Less than a month after their initial discovery, Bristowe and Clark enjoyed a night out in New York City, according to BachelorNation.Scoop’s Instagram account. In the video, Bristowe and Clark held hands and danced. At the end of the clip, Bristowe wrapped her arms around Clark and pulled him in for a hug.

Bristowe and Clark were spotted in June 2024 together on the edge of the dance floor at a wedding, according to Instagram account BachelorNation.Scoop. Neither Bristowe nor Clark shared details of the wedding.
Mystery Man
Amid speculation about their relationship, Bristowe hinted at her relationship with Clark during a July 2024 appearance on the “Let’s Be Honest” podcast. While discussing her romantic life, Bristowe did not confirm that Clark was her partner.
Bristowe recalled her first date with her mystery man and said she didn’t feel the nerves. “In situations like that, I’d usually get nervous, but I was like, ‘Oh, here we are.’ I’m going to know right away whether I like it or not. The conversations are going to be good or terrible. I was almost fed up going into it,” Bristowe shared.
Bristowe said there is an immediate “chemistry” between the two. However, Bristowe claimed the pair “went through a rut” where she wondered: “What am I doing?” But after a period of time, Bristowe realized that “I could do this.”
Bristowe said they “won’t be moving to each other’s city anytime soon” and are still “getting to know each other.”

Potential soft launch
Bachelor Nation member and “Almost Famous” podcast cohost. Ashley Iaconetti theorized that Bristowe’s August 2024 comments on “U, Up?” podcast were a “soft launch” of her romance with Clark.
“I don’t think she would tell the story if they weren’t together,” Iaconetti said, before wondering, “Or is that kind of a slap in the face and they’re not together?”

Eagle-eyed fans noticed that Bristowe and Clark appeared to be celebrating the holidays together when they both posted a photo with candles inside a church in December 2024.

When Bristowe published of a Philadelphia Eagles game in January 2025, fans were quick to point out that Clark was also in attendance. At Clark’s Instagram video, one user commented that they could “hear” Bristowe.
Birthday messages
When Clark shared photos from his 42nd birthday In January 2026, Bristowe sent a message. “42. Haven’t had a bite of fruit yet,” she captioned her Instagram post showing a cake that read “F*** fruit”, while she wrote in the comments section: “Nature’s freaks. Weird. Happy birthday.”
