Stranger Things cast reunites, says they’re ready to make adult movies


Finn Wolfhard fired his Saturday night live hosting debut with a strange things cast meeting, and the tongue-in-cheek revelation that he’s ready to make “adult movies.”

“I know a lot of people still see me as a boy, but I’m 23 now. I’m proud to officially announce that I’m a man,” Wolfhard, 23, said during headquarters SNL monologue on Saturday January 17.

Early in the monologue, Wolfhard made light of one of the teenager’s awkward milestones strange thingsThe global fan base came to his side.

Sadie Sink — who played Max Mayfield — offered a “hot take” during an appearance a The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on January 5 when he theorized that Eleven was indeed “dead”.

“I think Mike’s story is a final story,” Sink, 23, argued. “Then they say goodbye to childhood, but this is a final story. It’s a coping thing. It’s stronger (if Eleven died). That’s my take on it.”

His co-star Charlie Heaton – who played Jonathan Byers – explained exclusively Us Weekly on January 8 that he saw Mike’s story as a way of “coping” with the loss of Eleven.

“I love that about Mike, that’s what he’s telling us, you know, that’s coping, right?” Heaton, 31, mentioned we. “The stories we choose to believe and the versions of our reality we choose to believe to cope, and I think that’s really beautiful.”

The filmmaker added: “No one has shown that it was open. It’s like having your iPhone next to your computer while you’re writing a story. We just use these tools … while multitasking. So there’s a lot going on all the time, every time.”
