An Australian man dived into a flooded golf course on Sydney’s north shore as heavy rain and thunder lashed coastal communities.
Craig Finniss took advantage of the opportunity by swimming laps in Palm Beach’s waterways.
Residents in several nearby suburbs were ordered to evacuate their homes due to flash flooding, as 180mm of rain hit parts of Sydney over the weekend, according to the Australian Bureau of Meteorology.
