90 day promise alum Find Margaretha faces 24 felony charges in Wisconsin for various alleged crimes, including wire fraud, forgery and theft.
according to court documents seen by Us Weekly On Saturday, Jan. 17, Margaretha, 36, pleaded not guilty to at least some of the 24 felonies during a court hearing at the Juneau County Justice Center on Jan. 5, 2026. (TMZ was the first to report the news.)
In total, Margaretha faces six counts of wire fraud against a financial institution, 10 counts of forgery, seven counts of bail jumping and one count of theft from a business between $10,000 and $100,000. The crimes allegedly occurred between November 2023 and March 2024.
Margaretha has not been arrested at this time and is scheduled to appear in court at the Juneau County Justice Center on Wednesday, February 18.

In September 2025, we learned that Wisconsin prosecutors filed two felony counts against Margaretha for allegedly committing identity theft. The reality star was accused of making fraudulent transactions with her employers’ money.
The alleged identity theft occurred in 2023, when Margaretha used information she illegally obtained about a second business to make additional fraudulent charges.
Margaretha was also arrested in July 2025 on charges of bond jumping. The 90 days star denied wrongdoing at the time and insisted there was a mix-up with the paperwork. (Margaretha was eventually released from custody, but ordered to surrender her passport.)

Margaretha initially filed separately of Rosenbrook in July 2025, citing domestic incidents as the reason for the breakdown of their marriage, although the couple asked the court that dismiss the case the following month.
Weeks earlier, Rosenbrook and Margaretha announced the the death of his newborn daughter Alisa Eleanor Rosenbrook.
“It destroys me and shatters my world to announce that a tragedy has occurred over the weekend,” Rosenbrook announced. via Facebook on July 10, 2025. “Yesterday at 12:53, after 5 days on life support, my beloved daughter, little Alisa Eleanor Rosenbrook, escaped from the secure bonds to join her grandfather Tom.”
He concluded, “I don’t want well wishes or questions. I won’t (answer) anything, I’ll read or answer. I’m just asking for prayers for her.”
However, Margaretha’s lawyer, Taylor Hartlater on he denied all allegations of wrongdoing related to the death of his newborn daughter in a statement a we.
“Sadly, on July 8, 2025, Alisa Rosenbrook (daughter of Eric and Leida) was taken off life support and passed away,” Hart said in a statement at the time. “For the past two years, Leida and her husband tried desperately to have a child.”
Hart’s statement continued: “They have tried, hoped and prayed, but unfortunately suffered many setbacks, including multiple miscarriages. The loss of Alisa is a tragedy. Eric and Leida are actively grieving and ask for your privacy, sympathy and understanding during this difficult time.”
The lawyer clarified that, at the time, “the cause and manner of Alisa’s death (were) unknown” and that there was no reason to suspect Margaretha of wrongdoing.
“Leida is extremely distraught and still searching for answers for herself. She loved her baby beyond measure and is struggling with the emotions of losing her son,” Hart said. “There are many allegations of crimes against Leida.”
The lawyer concluded: “It comes as no surprise as she has endured years of unfounded negative publicity and attention on social media since her appearance on 90 day promise in (2018). Leida would never have harmed her son and adamantly denies any allegations of wrongdoing.”
