Freddy Kiwitt defeated Suleiman Jafaru in the final round of twelve


Jafaru soon prospered. In the second round he drove Kiwitt into the corner and took him down in the opening minute, then finished the round with Kiwitt on top as the bell rang. The third followed a similar pattern, with Jafaru pressing Kiwitt against the ropes and forcing him to work hard for long periods.

Kiwitt settled the fight in the fourth, finding opportunities and landing more each time before Jafaru rallied late. The energy moved back and forth in the middle circles. Jafaru outscored Kiwitt in the fifth and most of the sixth, but Kiwitt finished the sixth round strong, opening Jafaru’s nose before the bell.

From the seventh up, Kiwitt became more and more in control. He kept Jafaru on the defensive in the seventh and won the ninth contest that saw action from both men. Jafaru quickly regained tenth place, pushing Kiwitt into the ropes and leaving to make the round, but the close waved back to the champion.

Kiwitt pressed the action to eleven and finished the twelfth in clean work while Jafaru showed the damage, bleeding from the nose and mouth in the end. The final went to Kiwitt after twelve rounds.

On the undercard, Viktor Faust needed thirty seconds to stop Todorche Cvetkow. Faust opened up quickly and finished with a right to the body that had Cvetkow down for the full count.

Super middleweight Alexander Chupil scored in the first round against Ajemi Amani Jr after dropping him twice. The first knock came from a left early in the round, followed by a right uppercut that took Amani down again. His corner stopped the fight due to a shoulder injury.

Middleweight Robert Toman stopped Gregorio Dominguez after two rounds. Toman Dominguez threw late in the second, and the cornerback decided not to throw Dominguez out for the third.

Goek could win a six-round decision over Robin Zamora in the south. Goek dominated the trade and traded in the first three rounds and finished strongly in the sixth to earn a clear decision.

Christian Patzke and Dean Porter fought in four rounds. Porter quickly went to Patzke and bought, but Patzke made good use of his reach in the second half as Porter slowed down.

In the super welterweight, Darian Yasar stopped Menal Topcu in the sixth round. Yasar dropped Topcu in the third and continued to take him down before the referee waved him off after a combination as Topcu went down again.

Ekin Erol scored in the first round of Hayden Sherriff, getting knocked down twice before the fight was stopped.
