Hailee Steinfeld She “couldn’t wait” to share with her husband Josh Allen about his recent confrontation with Adam Sandler.
Writing through its edition of Friday, January 16 of she Beau Society newsletterthe 29-year-old actress disclosed the details of her meeting with the comedian at Golden Globes 2026.
Steinfeld said she was excited to cross paths with Sandler, 59, at the awards show on Sunday, Jan. 11, because she and her NFL star husband, 29, are big fans.
“For context, Adam Sandler is a permanent fixture in our house. We always have one of his movies,” Steinfeld wrote. “So when Adam Sandler waved at me at the entrance to the Globes and said, ‘Hey, dude! I loved Sinners! You are doing amazing. And congratulations to Josh! I couldn’t wait to tell my husband.”

The Globes scored the first time Steinfeld had walked a red carpet after announcing she was pregnant with her and Allen’s first baby.
Pregnant Steinfeld showed off her blooming belly and rested her hands on her stomach as she smiled and posed for the cameras.

Steinfeld and Allen have been dating since May 2023. They announced their engagement in November 2024.
In May 2025, Steinfeld and Allen were married in a romantic ceremony in Santa Barbara, California.
