Ashley Iaconetti Haibon revealed that transitioning from one reality franchise to another isn’t always seamless.
Ashley, 37, found herself in unfamiliar territory while filming Real Housewives of Rhode Islandmostly because of being surrounded by women with larger-than-life personalities, she said Us Weekly exclusively while promoting their new campaign, A step to lovefor philosophy‘s Purity MadeSimple One-Step Cleansing Balm next to a partner high school alumni Kaitlyn Bristowe i all. “I’ve felt like a small fish here.”
“This experience has definitely been very different The Baccalaureate. That’s all I can say,” Ashley added. “It was interesting and I’m excited for it to air.”
Ashley is a fan favorite on Bachelor Nation, appearing most notably in Season 19 of The Baccalaureate in 2015, during which she was eliminated in week 6. She returned for a spin-off of the franchise, appearing in season 2 of Baccalaureate in Paradise as well as season 3, before winning the first High school winter games in 2018.

When asked if she and her husband, 37, were hesitant to join the cast of RHORY, Ashley said we had discussions about the pros and cons, adding, “Absolutely, we went back and forth on the decision for about two months. We really thought about it a lot.”
Ashley and Jared, who met Baccalaureate in Paradise season 2, got married in August 2019 in a romantic ceremony held in Rhode Island. The reality star couple welcomed their first child, Dawson, in 2022 and their second child, Hayden, in 2024.
The official cast of The Real Housewives of Rhode Island was presented in November 2025 by Andy Cohen at BravoCon. Fans don’t have to wait much longer to see Ashley and her co-stars as reps for the network announced RHORY is premiered sometime in 2026.
Cohen, an executive producer on the series, also praised the casting as “amazing”.
The newly minted Real Housewives of Rhode Island cast has the full support of their better halves. During her interview, Ashley said we who has never seen a “full season of Housewives” prior to her appearance on the franchise.
“I just saw, like, here and there in the background every time my mom watched old-school New York,” he shared. “So it seems to me, based on the couple of Jersey episodes I’ve seen, that yes, I’m sorry. I think Rhode Island is understatedly very Jersey.”
Ashley continued, “As soon as I moved to Rhode Island or started visiting Jared, I thought this place is just a small version of Jersey.”
