XAI Elon Musk has illegally operated dozens of natural gas turbines to power the Colossus data center in Tennessee, the Environmental Protection Agency ruled Thursday. The AI company says that because the turbines are used temporarily, there is no regulation. EPA disagrees and issues final rule on the matter, which has been going on for more than a year, alleging that xAI is in violation.
