Michael Rapaport he got a big reaction after he spoke Colton Underwood’s struggles with his activated sexuality The Traitors.
During the Thursday, January 15, episode of the hit Peacock series, Colton, 33, originally brought up his personal life while talking about his time in The Baccalaureate.
“I’ve cried too much on TV, I can’t do it anymore,” he recalled. “I was a hot mess.”
Dorinda I had a few follow-up questions for Colton, asking, “You went on The Bachelor and you were gay? I didn’t know you went straight on a major show. Oh my god, I missed the window.”
Colton, meanwhile, joked that Dorinda “dodged a bullet” by missing out on this chapter of her life.
“Welcome to the party, Dorinda,” he joked. “At the time, I was convinced I was straight.”
The former professional footballer love life was brought up again later in the episode. After Michael, 55, caught Colton suggesting he might be unfaithful, the actor tried to turn things around.
“This man is responsible for tweeting in everyone’s ear. And this man, after today’s challenge, openly questioned me to my face and then when I left, he said my name out loud to a group of people,” claimed Michael. “I was holding court and this man should keep his mouth shut. Because last night, this man organized and colluded to get rid of a good loyalist.”
Michael made it clear he was “angry, angry and isolated”, which he blamed on Colton, adding: “No one in this room would be better at keeping a secret than you.” The comment quickly changed the energy in the room as Colton fired back.
“You think that was funny for 29 years of my life?” asked Michael, who denied that his comment had anything to do with Colton being gay later in life, clarifying, “That has nothing to do with it. I think you came into this game loving the idea of being a traitor.”
The despite the fact that he was hurt and the majority of the panel subsequently turned their backs on Michael. After some people talked about writing Colton’s name as a traitor, most moved on to Michael because of his comments.
“You can’t blame someone for being forced into a closet for most of their lives,” Johnny Weir he stated “That’s what we took.”

“His demeanor is that of a traitor. His demeanor is secretive. He’s conniving, he’s whiny, he’s conniving. He’s a coward,” Michael replied before once again telling him he was “wrong”, even if his words had been taken in a different way than he “intended”.
Michael continued, “Take that as you will. This is a traitor. You are a traitor, a conniving, colluding traitor.”

Although some people voted, they made it clear that it had more to do with Michael’s behavior and that they didn’t want him to stay in the castle regardless of whether he’s a traitor or a loyalist.
“You were very lucky to make it this far,” Colton told Michael before leaving. Others backed up Colton, including Natalie Andersonwho said, “To me, there are some things that don’t even matter. You’ve been on my list since Day 1 and I’ve been very honest with you about why. But today, like you talked to Colton, for me, writing your name is enough.”
Eric Nam also chimed in to share his thoughts.
“If you’re a loyalist, you’re the most distracting loyalist. If you’re a traitor, you’re playing a big game because you’re really good at throwing things out there and making us yell at each other and waste valuable, precious time,” he noted.
Before his banishment, Michael taken to social networks to defend his approach.
“I’m excited to see it. I’m a big fan of the show,” he said via an Instagram video earlier this month. “Usually my wife and I sit in front of the TV for the premiere. We watch it with some pasta and then some ice cream. I don’t know what we’re going to do now that I’m there.”
