Andy Cohen he left the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season 6 reunion, and none of the show’s stars even saw it coming.
“I can tell you that we were all fighting so hard that we didn’t realize it until, like, he cleared the stage,” Heather, 51, explained exclusively Us Weekly while promoting his partnership with Atkins. “Then we said, ‘Come back, come back, we can’t fight without you!'”
He continued, “You know, if we set in Salt Lake and just forget there’s cameras, we forget Andy’s there, and that’s a testament to our cast.”
Andy, 57, stepped off the set in a recent trailer for the three-part reunion.
“Okay, okay, stop,” Andy he shouted in the January 5 footage while Heather and Lisa Barlow they called each other. “I’m leaving.”
Mary Cosby, for her part, begged Andy to stay to continue filming.
“This is crazy,” Lisa, 51, added.
The Explosive Reunion, Part 1 aired Tuesday, January 13 on Bravo, finally assaulted several of Heather’s friendships.
“I mean, it was done at the meeting, and for reasons like that, to change how you feel about me overnight was kind of a surprise,” Heather said. we, referring to Meredith Marks calling her the crew’s “puppet master” on a recent episode of the “Two Ts in a Pod” podcast. “(It’s also) flattering. I’ll take it. I mean, I’d love to be the puppeteer for these crazy women.”
Heather further shut down the speculation that she may be influencing her partner RHOSLC stars
“No one pulls their strings. They pull theirs. They’re brains and they make power moves,” he stated. “I’m like a duck trying to keep up, so I’ll take the compliment, and coming from a powerhouse like Meredith, I can’t believe she’s giving up on me so easily, but I’ll take it.”
Heather’s friendship with Lisa has also taken a hit since the special.
“I mean, Lisa and I fight a lot. We bounce back pretty easily,” he said. “We haven’t talked yet, but I’m looking forward to talking more with her.”
Before Heather can make amends with her co-stars, she’s been prioritizing her health by following the Atkins diet.
Real Housewives often go through relatable trials (divorce, family drama, health issues, etc.), but very rarely are they relatable. “This is a new chapter for me, like, to be comfortable in my body and maintaining my weight and being so focused on it,” Heather said we of your association. “Having Atkins shakes and protein bars and ways to support me that fit my lifestyle, too. I wasn’t going to become a naturalist, like, I am who I am, and I really needed snacks and foods that would help me maintain this new lifestyle that fit what I want to eat and what I like to do.”
Heather has been on a weight loss journey since 2023, using a combination of GLP-1 drugs with diet and exercise to lose weight.
“For the first time in my life, I’m very aware of everything that’s going on in my body, and I really find that I need protein to maintain my shape and keep me going throughout the day,” she explained. “I still want to look good and I’ve worked really hard to get here, and I want to keep it up.”
