Kristy Scott seemed to subtly address her housing situation amid her ongoing divorce Desmond Scott.
“Same address,” wrote the social media personality, who goes by the name Kristy Sarah online Instagram on Wednesday, January 14.
Kristy, 30, included a series of photos from a photo shoot at what appears to be her home. It can be seen posing from various places within the home, including the kitchen and on a staircase.
The influencer donned a tight red dress with matching heels. She wore glamorous makeup and styled her hair in a sleek bob.
The post came almost a week later Us Weekly Kristy confirmed filed for divorce of Desmond last month after 11 years of marriage. (The couple, who married in 2014, share sons Vance, 7, and Westin, 6.)
Kristy cited the alleged infidelity as the reason for their split. The documents also claimed that there was no chance of reconciliation for Kristy and Desmond, adding that the estranged couple would “soon cease to live together as husband and wife”.
Following the news of their split, Desmond, 30, broke his silence.
“I want to start by apologizing to Kristy, our family and everyone who has been affected by the public attention surrounding this situation,” she announced via her Instagram story on Saturday, January 10. “I know this news has been disappointing to many, and I am truly sorry for the hurt it has caused.”
Desmond continued, “Kristy is the mother of my children, and that will always come first. I am fully committed to being an active, present and loving parent to our children, as I have always been.”
Desmond also addressed allegations that he was unfaithful to Kristy and admitted he made “choices” he was “not proud of.”
“I took responsibility for these actions,” he wrote. “I shared this with her directly and personally, and we ultimately decided to divorce. I ask for privacy and compassion as we navigate this difficult chapter in our lives.”
Kristy has not publicly responded to her estranged husband’s Instagram post.
Earlier this month, Us exclusively reported that Kristy asked the court to return her last name to her maiden name, Small, in her divorce petition. We also reported that Kristy and Desmond plan to enter a written agreement in court regarding a possible custody arrangement for their two children. If the exes can’t reach an agreement, Kristy wants the court to decide.
Throughout their relationship, Kristy and Desmond, who have known each other since they were teenagers, have been constantly introducing each other on social media. In 2024, the couple celebrated their tenth wedding anniversary with a big party.
“We were teenagers and hadn’t even developed any style preferences, so this was our chance to redo our wedding as the adults we are now, celebrating the life we’ve built and traveled so far,” Kristy and Desmond said in a joint statement to people at that time.
While giving viewers a glimpse into their lives, Kristy has amassed 9.5 million followers on Instagram and 16.8 million on TikTok. Desmond, meanwhile, has 1.8 million followers on Instagram and 1.5 million on TikTok. The last post Desmond and Kristy collaborated on was December 2025.
