On December 30, 2025, Chyna, who is representing herself without an attorney, filed court documents as part of Hector’s assault and battery lawsuit, arguing that his actions on one occasion were in self-defense.
Hector, who is a singer and actor, sued Chyna in September 2024, claiming she had abused him throughout their relationship. According to their suit, Hector, 28, and Chyna, 37, dated from 2020 to March 2023.

He stated that on or about March 28, 2023, Hector “refused to leave” his home as he prepared to travel out of state for work. He claimed that when he asked her to leave, an argument ensued due to his refusal to comply with her request.
Chyna alleged that Hector became “hostile and violent” during the incident and engaged in “physical assaults, including choking (her), spitting on (her), verbally abusing (her), and engaging in intimidating behavior.” She told the court that she child’s nanny, jennifersaw the incident.
In her filing, Chyna said Hector’s actions made her fear for her safety and personal life. Chyna’s response read: “At the time of the incident, (Chyna’s) minor children were present and asleep at the residence. (Hector’s) escalation and violent behavior caused (Chyna) to fear not only for her own safety, but for the safety and well-being of their children. Law enforcement was finally contacted and (Héctor) was expelled from the residence.”
In her statement, Chyna said that Hector is “physically bigger” than her. She denied being the aggressor and said she “acted solely in self-defense during the incident.”

“These items constitute both personal property and business inventory,” the filing alleges. “(Héctor’s) destructive conduct caused substantial financial loss and further contributed to (Chyna’s) reasonable fear for her safety.”
Chyna said that since the relationship ended, Hector has “continued a pattern of a campaign of harassment and intimidation, including repeated public attacks against (her) on social media.” It pointed to an alleged December 15, 2025 social media post by Hector where he “posted profane and derogatory statements directed at (her) by name on Instagram and posted (her) photograph without her consent.”
“(Hector’s posts seem intended to inflame hostility towards (Chyna) and incite others to target her,” Chyna’s response said. She said she recently released a new album titled i hate youwhich includes posts with her image and making “clearly targeted” references to her.
Chyna asked that her home address be sealed in the case. He said he has reasonable fears that “Héctor’s continued public hostility, threats and inflammatory statements may incite third parties or members of (Héctor’s) fan base to retaliate against (her) or attempt to locate her residence.”
He added: “Given (Héctor’s) history of physical violence, destruction of property, ongoing harassment and demonstrated hostility towards (Chyna), public disclosure of (Chyna’s) residential address would place (Chyna) and their minor children with a high and unreasonable risk of stalking, harassment, or physical harm.”

He added: “Aggressors without a defense for their action often try to ‘blame the victim.’ We simply believe that (Chyna) has no defense for her brutal attack on Mr. Hector while he was sleeping, causing the brutal injuries shown in the photograph attached to the complaint in this action.”
Schenck continued, “We have the evidence. We’re going to prove our case and extensive damages. (Chyna), who is trying to represent herself in this action, should hire a lawyer. She’s going to need one.”
In his original complaint, Hector accused Chyna of drinking alcohol and using drugs regularly during their romance.
Her lawsuit alleged: “When she did this, she quickly became physically violent and verbally threatening and abusive toward (Héctor) (and others) over the smallest of issues, or for no apparent reason. Almost anything could send (Chyna) into a violent rage at any time of the day or night. While (Chyna’s) violence toward (Héctor) also occurred when it occurred at toxic times. She did not was”.
“Without warning, in the middle of conversations or during other basic interactions with (Héctor) and others, (Chyna) would fly into a rage, and immediately begin violently punching, pushing, slapping and kicking (Héctor). Often, she would threaten to kill (Héctor), in a direct physical fight, in his sleep, or if he suspected it.
Hector claimed that he loved Chyna and wanted the relationship to work despite Chyna’s “alcohol and drug fueled rage.” He claimed that she violently attacked him on September 27, 2021 while he was sleeping.
