Burkina Faso’s junta claims to have foiled another destabilization attempt




In tonight’s edition, Burkina Faso points the finger at Cote d’Ivoire, claiming funds from its neighbor were channeled into an allegedly foiled plot to assassinate Burkinabe junta leader Ibrahim Traore. Also, the United States has added Nigeria and over twenty other African countries to its list of visa bonds. And films made in Muslim-majority northern Nigeria are growing in popularity far beyond the region.
