Former NFL star Matt Kalil has filed a complaint against the ex-wife Haley Kalil after the TikTok influencer spoke about his virility through social networks.
The 36-year-old athlete filed legal documents on Tuesday, Jan. 6, alleging that Haley, 33, provided “invasive comments” and drew “unwanted attention” by saying during a November 2025 Twitch live stream that the size of his penis was the “biggest factor” in the couple’s breakup. The legal filing was first reported by TMZ.
Haley said Us Weekly in a statement Tuesday night that was blindsided by Matt’s presentation. “I am truly shocked and incredibly hurt to hear of this filing. Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he chose to subject us and our families to this ordeal,” the statement said.
Haley said on the live stream with another content creator Marlon Garcia that Matt’s manhood provided ongoing marital problems prior to Haley’s introduction divorce him in 2022. “I was going to try everything: therapists, doctors (and I) looked for lipo-type shit, you know what I mean?” she said at the time. “It was, like, he’s 0.01 percent of the population. We tried everything (and it was) impossible unless you cry.”
According to TMZ’s report, Matt’s lawsuit claimed that Haley’s words “implied that the size of (Matt’s) genitalia was a major factor in the parties’ divorce and claimed that intercourse … would leave her ‘tearful.’
The documents reportedly stated that Matt said his family “has been forced to ‘endure the ongoing public circulation of these deeply personal and degrading statements.’
Matt’s presentation also claimed that Haley was able to “financially benefit from this increased traffic.” Matt is now seeking damages “for all causes asserted in the complaint,” with the total amount “in excess of $75,000,” according to the outlet.

Haley publicly defended the live stream after its release, saying TMZ Sports in a Nov. 5 statement that there was more to the couple’s marital problems than the size of Matt’s penis. “It’s a shame that only a fragment is amplified because it doesn’t capture the full story of how meaningful things were to me,” she told the network at the time. “I hope (the) hour-and-a-half-long conversation reflects more than just a funny soundbite.”

Matt, who retired from professional football in 2019, and Haley married in 2015 after getting engaged after three months of dating. Matt has remarried to the model Keilani Asmuswith whom he shares a child, while Haley remains single.
Haley said on a June 2024 episode of the “Post Run High” podcast that he was still “one of (her) closest friends” despite the couple’s split.
