Nicole Kidman i Keith Urban have finalized their divorce, Us Weekly can confirm
Court documents obtained by we announced that the duo finalized their split in a Nashville court on Tuesday, January 6. Neither party will pay alimony or spousal support, according to the paperwork. The documents confirm that Kidman will be the primary parent of her and Urban’s two daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 15, and no child support will be paid.

Also, Kidman showed up a marriage dissolution agreement that she and the country singer signed. Under the proposed parenting plan, Sunday and Faith would spend 306 days each year with Kidman and 59 with Urban, as well as alternating weekends. Plus, the exes vowed to co-parent as a team.
“In the unlikely event that the parties cannot agree on a major decision for either of the minor children, (Nicole) will have final decision-making authority,” the plan said, referring to the actress.
Kidman and Urban did not immediately address their divorce, though a source said we that they had been “quietly separated for some time”.
“They needed time to figure out if they were really going to divorce,” she said explained exclusively we shortly thereafter Kidman filed for an end to their marriage. “She had faith that they could work it out. This was not Nicole’s decision and she is devastated.”
The source also claimed that Kidman felt she had “lost her confidence”.

I had no idea what was going to happen to us…and if you want to see what love really looks like in action, give it a spin.”
He continued: “Nic pushed all the negative voices away, I’m sure even some of hers and she chose love. And here we are tonight, 18 years later. That’s the thing about Nic…he loves life. In fact, I’ve never met anyone who has such a passion for being alive. He also knows the importance of expressing his feelings.”
