The leader of Falling in Reverse Ronnie Radke has filed a temporary restraining order against Tommy Leethe wife of Brittany Furlan.
Us Weekly can confirm that Radke, 42, filed documents in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, Jan. 5, alleging that Furlan, 39, contacted him “multiple times” on social media before things heated up. (TMZ was first to report the news.)
Radke alleged that when he didn’t respond to Furlan, she “went over to my house and sat in the front.” He also claimed that Furlan showed up at his doctor’s office “without an appointment” and that he was there “waiting.” Radke further alleged that Furlan has continued to “harass” him online.
Furlan “will not stop publishing false public claims about me,” the documents stated. Radke also claimed that Furlan has been coercing “underage fans” into lying about him.
Radke asked Furlan to stay 100 feet away from him.
The court documents also included several screenshots of messages, dating back to January 2025, that appeared to be from Furlan. The musician alleged that Furlan admitted that he went to his house with a long voice note.
Radke claimed he has also been harassed by Furlan’s husband, Mötley Crüe drummer Lee, as shown in apparent screenshots. There were also alleged messages from Furlan to Radke’s girlfriend, Dana Dentata.

Mariano Regidor/Redferns“Ms. Furlan is offended to learn that this petition was filed because she is the only victim of harassment,” Furlan’s attorney, Lou Shapiro, said in a statement. we. “We will take all legal steps to defend ourselves against this frivolous lawsuit and request (that) Ms. Furlan be protected from further harassment and threats by the petitioner.”
Furlan initially claimed in May 2025 that she was trolled on social media by someone posing as Radke, noting that her husband was aware of it.
“This is embarrassing for me, embarrassing for my husband,” she said on social media amid the drama. “All this shit is embarrassing. I’ve been fighting shit at home (and) I’m in a shitty hotel. Like, leave us alone bro… I’m done. Anyone can think what they want. It’s fine.”
At the time, Radke told TMZ that “many other girls” had been “tricked and tricked” by someone pretending to be him. Radke claimed the FBI had become involved and said he had been cooperating with authorities.

Furlan took to social media last weekend and resurfaced the previous drama, stating that she no longer believes she was set up because she believes Radke was behind the whole situation.
At the time of the initial catfishing claims, Furlan publicly revealed that she and Lee, who married in 2019, had been “going through a lot” in his marriage, noting that he lived in a hotel.
However, the catfish situation brought them closer together.
“All of this has brought us together strangely, which is really strange,” Furlan said during a June 2025 podcast episode. “I think we really faced each other, like, ‘Oh, what would life really be like without each other?'”
Lee confirmed this in July 2025 he and Furlan were still going strong.
