Meghan McCain i Ben Domènech they’ve been going strong for nearly two decades.
While it’s unclear when they met, the two began dating around 2014 and he committed in July 2017.

McCain revealed in June 2025 that she and Domenech are expecting their third child.
“I wanted to let you in on something that’s private that I haven’t talked about publicly yet,” he said. Usha Vance on an episode of his “Citizen McCain” podcast. “I have two girls. They’re almost 5 and almost 3. And I just entered my second trimester, I’m pregnant with my third.”

At the start of the coronavirus pandemic, Meghan took to social media to share a sweet message for her husband while they were in quarantine.
