The distribution of Married to Medicine is back in business and ready for a new season.

“No matter how you shake us, we’re still together,” Simone exclusively shared Us Weekly while attending BravoCon 2025 earlier this month. “What we love is that we’re friends on camera and off camera. Now that’s a good thing and a bad thing, because they know you’re dirty come season.”
BravoCon 2025 will not disappoint when it comes to major TV announcements. According to the season 12 trailerthings seem to be tense between Heavenly and Toya.
When asked who the villain might be, Heavenly didn’t hesitate in her answer.
“It has to be Toya. She’s been awful this season,” the dentist said we in las vegas “She was horrible for no reason. I don’t know why she was so upset with me for trying to help my community. She actually said she was above my community and would never live in my community, and I was so upset about that because my people need help.”

While loyal fans can expect Toya to be battling Quad, Season 12 may be the start of something new.
“Quad has been a good friend all season,” Toya revealed we at BravoCon. “We’ve actually been trying to make each other better. I had a great time with Quad this season. She had a great story. Her life is changing. You can see the change in her. It wasn’t normal people who had their problems.”
A new season wouldn’t be complete without some new women. According to Bravo, board-certified family nurse practitioner Brandi Milton is joining the group as a friend, while Basketball Wives Alum and registered nurse Angel Love Davis enters the circle of friendship.
“As for the new ladies, some, when they came in, they came in as themselves,” teased the Countess. “There were no weather-resistant flowers and they jumped right over.”
Quad added, “We have some amazing new women joining this season. They are beautiful, hard-working, successful women.”
One friendship that will always stand the test of time is Jackie’s sisterhood with Simone. While she may be busy trying to help her patients, including Quad, get pregnant, Jackie is proud to have a loyal friend who stands by her side through the ups and downs of reality TV.

“What we’ve learned is that we’re better together,” Jackie explained we. “He was acting for a minute, but he got it.”
Simone added: “And he held it against me for a minute, but we’ve let it go and made a decision. We’ve gone back to our original promise, which was to never let reality TV come in the middle of our friendship.”
