Armenia and Azerbaijan on Thursday said they agreed to sign a peace agreement after decades of conflict, with Armenia who agreed to submit his claim above the Armenian settlement region of Karabahh. Although numerous peace negotiations failed in the past, the main concessions in Armenia breathe new life in efforts to normalize between neighboring countries.
