A Connecticicut man whose mother accused of being captured in 20 years escaped by firing the small room he made, the officers said.
Authorities answered fire and saved the emaciated 32-year-old man from a 72 sq-foot (6.7 sq meter) room. The accused of captive was weighed 68 pounds (30 kilograms) in his escape and treated for smoke.
The man confessed to put the fire after the existence of the years of “lasting abuse, hunger, severe neglect, and unbearable treatment, and Connecticut, said.
Her mother, accused of capturing her and hungry, was accused of relief and cruelty. He denies the allegations.
To explain his reasoning to fire fire, the man told police: “I want my freedom.”
Prosecutors are related to sandwiches and two small water bottles a day for years. She just left captivity for two hours a day to do the tasks while in handling her mother.
Using the hand sanitizer, paper and lesser he inflicts the fire he can die, a prosecution says the court on Wednesday.
His mother Kimberly Sullivan, 56, was at home during the fire but did not talk to the authorities when they arrived at the scene.
Ms Sullivan’s lawyer said accusations lie.
“He was not locked in a room,” the lawyer Ioannis, speaking to the local media. “He did not stop him in any way. He gave food; he gave shelter. He blows on these allegations.”
The fire was set for 17 February, and the local police arrested Ms. Sullivan on Wednesday.
Police police chief Fernando Spagnolo calls the details of the case “both bothering and uninvited”.
The police said the victim told them that he was captured at his family’s house in the waterbury from about 11.
“He was locked in the room for 20 years, and for 20 years he was trying to get out of that room,” as the prosecutor.
The authorities not clear his father’s death, but they said his conditions were worse.
When he found, the authorities said he had a mass of body body (BMI) at 11. The National Health Service says a healthy range between 18.5 and 24.9.
Police say that in his captivity, an unidentified person has not received medical care or teeth.
