Russian officials on Monday welcomed Moscow’s US alliance with China, following a high-profile meeting between US President Donald Trump and Xi Jinping.
In talks with Trump’s representative XI last week, he described the US President as “surprising” that Russia had sent another delegation and negotiators to China.
