Hilary Duff shares photo crying after spilling coffee on Balenciaga bag


Hilary Duff had an emotional moment after accidentally ruining himself her designer bag.

“She spilled all my coffee in my bag and on the front seat (of the car),” Duff, 38, wrote via her Instagram Stories on Friday, October 24. “A whole latte. I didn’t even take a sip.”

Duff continued in a follow-up slide: “And then I called my husband (Matthew But) and cried.”

The how i met your father The alum also shared a photo of the incident, in which residue from the drink fell into her beige Balenciaga handbag and soaked her belongings, including a hand-stitched DIY toy, a packaged Lola tampon and the fabric of the bag itself. (Balenciaga bags often sell for between $700 and $4,000.)

While Duff didn’t share an update after she apparently ruined her handbag, Koma, 38, presumably calmed her down during their phone conversation. Duff and Koma they have been married since December 2019.

Duff had announced it in early September signed with Atlantic Records and was working on a new album, as well as a docuseries, chronicling his songwriting process.
