‘The Night Manager’ Season 2: Amazon Prime Video
Tom Hiddleston and Olivia Colman return in this critically acclaimed thriller for a highly anticipated second season. While the first season of The night manager follows the titular night trainer Jonathan Pine (Hiddleston) as the former British soldier becomes involved in the investigation of illegal arms sales, season 2 finds Pine four years after the events of the first season. Since then, Pine has taken on a new identity and is in charge of the task force that monitors suspicious activity at the hotels. It’s a seemingly mundane task that quickly turns deadly.

‘The Rip’ (2026) — Netflix
Best friends ben affleck and Matt Damon stars in this upcoming crime thriller from the director of Copshop as two Miami police officers who must face the possibility of internal corruption in their department, after the death of a police captain and the discovery of millions of dollars hidden in a dilapidated house. Loyalties are tested and alliances questioned as it becomes increasingly unclear who is on which side.
The Rip is produced by Damon and Affleck’s jointly owned company, Artists Equity, and the pair lead a large cast. In addition to the Golden Globe winner actress Teyana Taylor, The Rip characteristics Steven Yeun, Sasha Calle, Scott Adkins i Kyle Chandler. The agreement between Netflix and Artists Equity is notable because of the agreement that Netflix must pay a bonus to everyone who worked on the film if they meet certain performance standards within the first three months of its debut on the platform.

‘Twinless’ (2025) – Hulu
This 2025 Sundance Film Festival darling is finally streaming this week on Hulu. The film follows two men named Rocky (Dylan O’Brien) and Dennis (James Sweeney), who bond after meeting at a support group for people who have lost their twin siblings. However, they both harbor secrets from each other that threaten to destabilize their unlikely but blossoming friendship.
No twins it currently holds an impressive 97 percent on Rotten Tomatoes, indicating near-universal critical acclaim. The film, which was directed and co-written by Sweeney in his sophomore directorial effort, was praised for being a twisted but intelligent black comedy that expertly switches between humor, tragedy and pathos. O’Brien received particular recognition for his performance, which shows cases from a range not explored in previous projects such as the Labyrinth Corridor movies

‘Fear Factor: House of Fear’ Season 1 – Hulu
If you miss the thrills and chills of OG fear factor, you’ll have to tune in for the premiere of this new spin-off. Hosted by jackass’ own Johnny Knoxville, Fear factor: house of fear follows a group of fourteen contestants who are left to live together under one roof in a remote location. There, contestants are forced to endure disgusting and harrowing challenges (and each other) in their quest to take home the $200,000 grand prize.
instead of fear factor original format of one competition per episode, house of fear is a season-long competition as contestants are eliminated until only one remains. It’s a compelling format (think Island of love with pig’s blood and snakes instead of dating and gender dynamics), and Knoxville is a perfect ever-charming host for this kind of stunt-centric show. With a new format, a new host and the same old challenges, fans of fear factor you’ll find a lot to love here.

‘Kidnapping’ Season 2: Apple TV
Starring Idris Elba, season 1 of Kidnapping followed Sam (Elba), a skilled business negotiator who uses his acumen to deal with the hijacking of his seven-hour flight from Dubai to London. You can’t help but find it hilarious that, for Season 2, poor Sam finds himself caught in a similar mess again, when his Berlin underground train is taken hostage and he’s forced to use his skills to de-escalate the situation alongside the authorities on the ground. However, this time Sam’s involvement in the situation comes under scrutiny as investigators question his guilt.
We have high hopes for the second season of kidnapping, which was well received by critics. The series was praised for being a tense and thrilling ride that is driven by a pervasive sense of claustrophobia along with Elba’s fantastic performance. Although not a particularly stimulating show, Kidnapping offers pure entertainment value.
