What is the work?
Foreign enemies provide the President of the United States in states that show powers to order detention and dismissal of natives or citizens of an “enemy” country without following the usual processes.
It was passed as part of a series of laws in 1798 when the US believed it entered a French war.
The ACT says “Even if there is a stated war (…) or any invasion or predatory promise to be made, tried, all” government “is, restricted, restrained, as foreign enemies”.
When is it used?

The reaction to a news article consisting of the judge’s order, El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele wrote on social media: “Oopsie … late.”
Venezuela criticizes Trump’s use of work, saying “unjust criminalizing Venezuelan migration” and “dropped the darkest stages of the Nazi camps in concentration camps”.
Katherine is Ebright, advice to the Center Center for justice, said to a statement that Trump’s use of foreign enemies is not illegal.
“The only reason for the pity of such power is to try to seek sweeping detentions and deportations of the Venezuinan based on their ancestry, not in the gang activity of immigration”, he added.
